Orders and prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated. An order is accepted when we confirm it to you. Shipping cost, taxes and delivery time are confirmed before you pay.

Returns and warranty

Return, exchange and warranty terms are confirmed with your order. Contact us at hello@westernmoose.com about any problem with a product.

Acceptable use

Our products are general-purpose Android devices. You are responsible for using them, and any content or services on them, lawfully and with the rights needed to do so.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

The laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada apply.
